Carl George, ASCS, CMI, CMLT, IEQ Specialist
Carl provides the technical expertise for Cubix IEQ as one of the most qualified specialists in the entire State of Florida. He holds 15 different professional certifications, ranging from water and fire damage restoration to meth lab cleanup and insurance claims subrogation. His training allows Carl to supervise virtually any IEQ situation from mold remediation to crime scene clean-ups.
With over 6 years of hands-on experience, Carl has worked with law enforcement, insurance adjusters, maintenance managers and homeowners to locate and resolve any problem dealing with interior environmental quality.

Travis Owens, Director of Operations and Flooring
Travis has been with Cubix since June of 2003 and is a veteran of the U.S Marine Corps with distinguished service in Operation Desert Storm and Operation Desert Shield. He has been involved in the commercial flooring industry since 1997.
Travis is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Cubix IEQ services, as well as the MilliCare and SaniGlaze products and services with emphasis on quality and efficiency. He oversees projects that range from 5 square yards to over 150,000 square yards. Travis has been awarded the prestigious MilliCare Operations Award for each of the past two years for a top 5 operations team throughout the MilliCare international franchise network.

Cubix, Inc.
Cubix, Inc. was founded in 1997 as part of a southeast regional chain that extended from Tennessee to Florida, offering the MilliCare Brand of carpet and textile maintenance services. In 2004, Rick and Judi DeVane purchased sole ownership of the growing company. They added the SaniGLAZE Tile and Grout Restoration System services at the beginning of 2007.
And they are still growing! Earlier this year, Cubix, Inc. expanded their MilliCare franchise territory to include the Tampa Bay area and surrounding counties - bringing 21 Central Florida counties under their umbrella. They also acquired ownership of a competitor, Carpet Maintenance Services of Florida, Inc. Cubix IEQ is a result of that acquisition and allows Cubix, Inc. to bring their award-winning service and quality workmanship to a new array of services.
A lot has changed in the past ten years. The Cubix family has grown to over 30 employees in three office locations and they now serve some of Central Florida’s largest and most prestigious accounts. But one thing that remains the same is the fundamental philosophy that the DeVane’s first adopted over a decade ago – “Provide the best possible service to the customer with a highly trained staff of professionals who take pride in their work.”
